Shipping & Return Policy
Every Flowergiftsshop gift bouquet is personally hand-delivered by an industry professional, and we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Most of our products can be delivered the same day. To assure same-day delivery, orders must be received before 5 pm, Monday - Sunday, IST. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery
Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemeteries. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least 2 days in advance. Express delivery products may not be delivered along with courier products
Flowergiftsshop, in conjunction with our service providers, will attempt to deliver a product on the requested delivery day. You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against us for any delays or early deliveries. We reserve the right to make deliveries in installments, which shall not relieve you from your obligation to accept and pay for remaining deliveries. Our service providers do not telephone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient's address.
FGS is not responsible for:
Flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gift products and preserved items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender. Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender. Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender. Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
Flowergiftsshop.com doesn't accept returns of the following items:
- Gift cards
- Some jewelry orders
- Some health and personal care items
- Grocery products
- Prime Pantry products
- Fresh flowers , cakes , personalized gifts and live indoor plants
- Leather items
- Electronic goods
Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if only the products are delivered in damaged , stale or improper .
In case of any complaint or dissatisfaction against the quality of product delivered the customer or the recipient is required to get in touch within 24 hrs with an image of the product delivered justifying the complaint
We mean what we say! All you need to do is drop an email at email@example.com within a period of 24hrs, from the date of order.
- Please note that "Flowergiftsshop.com's accept complains within 24hrs from the day of delivery, for courier products " does not apply to Hand delivery or Perishable products .
- Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Flowergiftsshop.com team.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
